Alper was honored with an invitation to participate in a symposium centered on the exploration of voice and speech research within the medical domain, hosted at Gazi University’s Faculty of Medicine in Ankara, Türkiye, on March 06, 2024. The symposium served as a platform for the dissemination of findings from a comprehensive systematic literature review entitled ‘Applied Machine Learning Techniques for the Diagnosis of Voice-Related Conditions and Disorders.’ The presentation, comprising an abstract video format along with online elucidation of inquiries, was delivered in front of an audience comprising 350 individuals possessing diverse expertise. The symposium was structured around a series of main topics.
